A user status (new/existing) is determined by Temu based on its own data and not by LetyShops.
The rate for a new Temu client only applies if the login is made for the very first time.
The rate does not apply:
- if a user logs in repeatedly to the same account;
- if a user logs in to any account from the same device that was used to log in previously;
- if a user logs in to any account from the same IP address that was used to log in previously.
All mentioned above applies even if an order has not been completed or an order placement process has not been initiated at all.
- for an order made via the store's mobile app;
- for a gift card purchase;
- if a gift card was redeemed to complete an order;
- if a coupon was used to complete an order;
- if an order is partially returned;
- if an order was altered (the goods within the order were swapped, added, or deleted);
- if an order has not been delivered and the order value has already been refunded to a user.
In order to avoid losing your cashback, we recommend that you delete cookies in your browser before visiting the Temu website. To do that, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Del. Select the "All time" option. More information can be found here.
If a user makes several separate orders within 48 hours, the increased cashback may be applied to the first order that appears in the store's system.
The store can split orders so that the increased cashback is applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
Cashback is credited only for the actual payment amount, without considering any Temu coins/credits/bonus points used, any payment made from the store's internal wallet or with a gift card, or any other similar virtual payment method.
The cashback credited to your balance may be lower than the amount shown as "Pending". This can happen due to exchange rate differences, VAT, other applicable taxes and fees, and delivery or shipping costs applied by the store.

The first experience of receiving cashback for shopping at Temu was more negative than positive. Saw increased cashback up to 100% (no more than UAH 2000) for new Temu users. Since I intended to buy on Aliexpress, I thought why not take advantage of a great promotion for new users and buy on Temu. Went through the LetyShops app on my Android phone to the Temu site, registered and made purchases. But, unfortunately, the cashback did not appear, although I did not break any rules, and I did not use any additional promo codes and discounts on Temu. Contacted the LetyShops support service. They wrote that Temu does not accept applications for the loss of cashback. 10% of the potential cashback was credited with LetyShops funds. I could have saved more on Temu if I had used all the possibilities, but I didn't want to lose the cashback, or I could have bought these goods on Aliexpress in the amount cheaper than it turned out on Temu, taking into account the LetyShops compensation. Feelings are mixed.

Here are some recommendations that will help you successfully receive cashback in the future:
- Do not use promotional codes if there is such a condition on the store page.
- Close programs running in the background.
- Do not add products to the cart before switching from Lety.
- Do not click on advertising banners.
- Make an order within an hour.

Don't go for high cashback. Cashback is not automatically accrued from Temu. No one will look for your cashback, Letyshops Temu does not respond to requests. Letyshops charged me (has not yet returned) 50% of the declared cashback (some of their system calculated it) with the words: "50% is better than nothing." I will definitely not order from this store again. Currently, I have negative emotions and lost trust in Letyshops.

2. Turn off the ad blocker before shopping, if it is installed on the smartphone. If the purchase is made in a computer browser, disable third-party extensions and the same ad blocker.
3. Pay attention to the conditions of stores.
If it is already cheap, with Letyshops it is twice as cheap. The bad thing is that in Temu you have to spend a minimum to order. The cashback took a long time but it arrived.
