A user status (new/existing) is determined by Temu based on its own data and not by LetyShops.
The rate for a new Temu client only applies if the login is made for the very first time.
The rate does not apply:
- if a user logs in repeatedly to the same account;
- if a user logs in to any account from the same device that was used to log in previously;
- if a user logs in to any account from the same IP address that was used to log in previously.
All mentioned above applies even if an order has not been completed or an order placement process has not been initiated at all.
- for an order made via the store's mobile app;
- for a gift card purchase;
- if a gift card was redeemed to complete an order;
- if a coupon was used to complete an order;
- if an order is partially returned;
- if an order was altered (the goods within the order were swapped, added, or deleted);
- if an order has not been delivered and the order value has already been refunded to a user.
In order to avoid losing your cashback, we recommend that you delete cookies in your browser before visiting the Temu website. To do that, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Del. Select the "All time" option. More information can be found here.
If a user makes several separate orders within 48 hours, the increased cashback may be applied to the first order that appears in the store's system.
The store can split orders so that the increased cashback is applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
Cashback is credited only for the actual payment amount, without considering any Temu coins/credits/bonus points used, any payment made from the store's internal wallet or with a gift card, or any other similar virtual payment method.
The cashback credited to your balance may be lower than the amount shown as "Pending". This can happen due to exchange rate differences, VAT, other applicable taxes and fees, and delivery or shipping costs applied by the store.

Ik heb veel bestellingen geplaatst en de cashback werd voor de meeste geweigerd. Eerst zouden ze je cashback als uitzondering terugbetalen, maar daarna weigeren ze het gewoon. Verspil je tijd niet.

Het spijt ons erg om te horen over uw ervaring. Helaas kunnen we niet altijd compenseren voor verloren cashback, omdat dit afhankelijk is van de bevestiging van de aankoop door de winkel en het overmaken van de commissie.
We proberen echter altijd elk geval samen met onze gebruikers te onderzoeken om erachter te komen wat er is gebeurd en om zoveel mogelijk te helpen.
Ik dacht dat ik geen Cashback zou krijgen omdat ik een product had verwijderd terwijl ik het al had gemaakt, maar ze hebben me wel Cashback gegeven.

I will complain as many times as possible. MISLEADING ADVERTISING. Do not be scammed, I have made several purchases and they do not give me cashback, I have made many requests and attached evidence of screenshots making the purchase and payment and they DO NOT RETURN, they mark your order as LOST or any other excuse. Terrible, 0 stars if that option were there.

Please follow our rules and conditions posted on Temu's website. We hope they will be helpful in your purchases.
I give Temu one star, it's a scam store, but Letty shop is safe with its Cashback. They are serious, but this store never gave me the Cashback. Letty Shop gave it to me out of their own pocket, so Letty Shop is safe. Temu is not.
