Regarding the rejected cashback for your loans in Kredito24, a request was sent to the service representatives. Unfortunately, we received a negative response. The service recorded that the loans were issued, paid and repaid within a few minutes. This nature of the loan is a violation of the terms of purchases with cashback in Kredito24 (you can read more about them in the customer agreement ) and indicates that you did not actually use the loan service.
Our managers are competent and solve most issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. If necessary, the head of the department is always ready to connect and help solve any issue. Due to the workload, the head cannot always give an answer on the same day, but will definitely answer your question as soon as possible. As in your case, the answer was given the next day. The answer on loans and the reasons for rejecting cashback are also described in the letter and appeal sent to you.
