I am writing to express my gratitude for solving my problem. The customer service lives up to its name :) Very polite treatment, desire to understand the issue. I was credited with a rejected (for some unknown reason) cashback in the amount of 707 rubles from the company's funds. Before leaving a review about lost cashback, contact the customer service, and most likely you will not have to do this.
Every day I like this service less and less, cashback is a great thing, but there are so many problems with automation (they don't transfer cashback or you have to check regularly and write and beg support to check everything, and this is part of the "normal" practice).

During the March sale on Aliexpress, we made 4 orders for fairly large amounts. But the cashback from LetyShops only went to one. We contacted the Customer Service, attached screenshots from the sellers' pages, waited a couple of days and the solution was simply wonderful! Our cashback amount (without waiting for the receipt of purchases!) was manually credited to the balance from the company's funds! The service has gone downhill. I had a couple of large orders - the cashback was not credited. The support service kept pestering me with various questions, I answered patiently. In the end, they allegedly credited me with about 700 rubles from their own funds and that's it. And my cashback there should have been about 1,500 rubles. I will never set foot there again. Fortunately, there are other, more customer-oriented services.

The problem is that we cannot contact Aliexpress to find out the reasons for the loss of cashback. And we can only give recommendations to protect against losing cashback in the future.
There are many dishonest programs on the Internet now, we work every day and test different ways of placing orders with different programs, extensions, viruses and still many of them rewrite and replace our affiliate link. All 100% verified points that affect the accrual of cashback are described in the rules for making purchases with cashback. It is very difficult for us to test all devices with their software, since they are updated very quickly.
Here are some tips to help minimize the risk of losing your cashback:
Tip #1: Try to fully place your order within 1 hour after switching from our service/activating cashback in the extension, without going to third-party pages and tabs. This will protect you from rewriting affiliate links by other extensions and programs.
Tip #2: Try using a separate browser for shopping with cashback. Install only the LetyShops extension on it and do not use this browser to access other sites except LetyShops and partner stores where you make a purchase.
