A user status (new/existing) is determined by Temu based on its own data and not by LetyShops.
The rate for a new Temu client only applies if the login is made for the very first time.
The rate does not apply:
- if a user logs in repeatedly to the same account;
- if a user logs in to any account from the same device that was used to log in previously;
- if a user logs in to any account from the same IP address that was used to log in previously.
All mentioned above applies even if an order has not been completed or an order placement process has not been initiated at all.
- for an order made via the store's mobile app;
- for a gift card purchase;
- if a gift card was redeemed to complete an order;
- if a coupon was used to complete an order;
- if an order is partially returned;
- if an order was altered (the goods within the order were swapped, added, or deleted);
- if an order has not been delivered and the order value has already been refunded to a user.
In order to avoid losing your cashback, we recommend that you delete cookies in your browser before visiting the Temu website. To do that, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Del. Select the "All time" option. More information can be found here.
If a user makes several separate orders within 48 hours, the increased cashback may be applied to the first order that appears in the store's system.
The store can split orders so that the increased cashback is applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
Cashback is credited only for the actual payment amount, without considering any Temu coins/credits/bonus points used, any payment made from the store's internal wallet or with a gift card, or any other similar virtual payment method.
The cashback credited to your balance may be lower than the amount shown as "Pending". This can happen due to exchange rate differences, VAT, other applicable taxes and fees, and delivery or shipping costs applied by the store.

Letyshop's service seems appropriate to me, but the stores' conditions are misleading. Depending on the amount of the refund, they deny you the Cashback, but not Letyshop, but Temu in my case. Every time I buy here there is one reason or another for not making the refund.

I have been happy with a lot of things and few bits that wasn't sure and if it was what I wanted at the time
It took them about two months to return 4,000 CLP (about $5) to me. So if you need your money back quickly, it's not recommended.

The app is cool, but why did my cashback stop increasing when my status changed to bronze (once the cashback on the topic increased to 35%, but now it's only 7.81%)?

На жаль, ми не отримали від магазину винагороду за ваше замовлення, з якої формується кешбек. Причин може бути кілька, зокрема:
- використання сторонніх розширень чи застосунків (наприклад, блокувальників реклами);
- порушення умов, вказаних на сторінці магазину;
- перехід на інші сайти чи вкладки до або під час оформлення замовлення.
Втім, ми хочемо підтримати, тому нарахували частковий бонус із коштів LetyShops.
Сподіваємось, що така ситуація більше не повториться, а отримані рекомендації допоможуть уникнути подібного надалі.
