A user status (new/existing) is determined by Temu based on its own data and not by LetyShops.
The rate for a new Temu client only applies if the login is made for the very first time.
The rate does not apply:
- if a user logs in repeatedly to the same account;
- if a user logs in to any account from the same device that was used to log in previously;
- if a user logs in to any account from the same IP address that was used to log in previously.
All mentioned above applies even if an order has not been completed or an order placement process has not been initiated at all.
- for an order made via the store's mobile app;
- for a gift card purchase;
- if a gift card was redeemed to complete an order;
- if a coupon was used to complete an order;
- if an order is partially returned;
- if an order was altered (the goods within the order were swapped, added, or deleted);
- if an order has not been delivered and the order value has already been refunded to a user.
In order to avoid losing your cashback, we recommend that you delete cookies in your browser before visiting the Temu website. To do that, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Del. Select the "All time" option. More information can be found here.
If a user makes several separate orders within 48 hours, the increased cashback may be applied to the first order that appears in the store's system.
The store can split orders so that the increased cashback is applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
Cashback is credited only for the actual payment amount, without considering any Temu coins/credits/bonus points used, any payment made from the store's internal wallet or with a gift card, or any other similar virtual payment method.
The cashback credited to your balance may be lower than the amount shown as "Pending". This can happen due to exchange rate differences, VAT, other applicable taxes and fees, and delivery or shipping costs applied by the store.

Unfortunately, if you make purchases within the Temu app itself, cashback is not credited. After activating it, you will be redirected to the web version of the store. If your purchase was successful, you can claim the lost cashback by creating a request in the "Help" section.
Am I considered a new customer if I already have an account but I haven't placed any orders yet?

According to the store's terms and conditions, the cashback for your Temu PO-186-13112811338790544 order will be credited before 17.05.2025 (this is the possible crediting deadline), although the refund is usually credited earlier.
It is assumed that if the order has already arrived, the delivery confirmation was made and the user left their comment, why don't they give us the cashback? The store or the Letyshop application sets the deadline. This is my 3rd TEMU order, they have already arrived but they don't confirm the cashback.

I don't know why they say that they don't get the cashback or it doesn't reflect what it should be, etc. because the reality is different. I've been buying here at Temu for quite some time together with Letyshops and although the cashback takes a little over two months to be credited, I haven't seen anything negative about it. There are people who don't know how to read, there are quite a few rules to follow in order to access the cashback and they don't always give the same percentage amounts. I highly recommend Letyshops because they have not only fulfilled my expectations here at Temu but also on different apps and pages. Honestly, the best savings experience with cashback!
They did give me cashback, yes. However, not the amount they promised. My order was €19, and the cashback was 100% because I was a new user. They lowered it to €17, then €15, and finally €14... something. I didn't understand why, to be honest.
