Judging by the content of the review, it is clear that the transition to the store was made and the cashback should have been credited to the balance. Most likely, an error was made in the order placement algorithm. To understand the reason for the loss of cashback, please leave a request through your personal account, the "Help" section.
Our extension for the Mozilla Firefox browser works successfully for those users who have previously installed it. New users who want to install the extension cannot do so, because for some reason Mozilla Firefox has disabled the installation of the current version of the extension, leaving only version 2.1.6, which is already outdated (... and is not supported by new versions of this browser).
We are upset by this situation and are trying to correct it.
