The thing is that the Premium account gives cashback not 30% of the order amount, but +30% to the regular cashback rate. That is, if the regular cashback rate in the store is 5%, 30% of 5 = 1.5%. Total cashback with Premium: 5% + 1.5% = 6.5%. We cannot provide 30% cashback from the order amount at the moment, even with all our desire, since stores do not provide us with such a reward.
