I am outraged by the work of this company. I waited for cashback payments for more than a month, the first cashback was credited on 02/09/2018. According to their forecasts, the payment should have taken place by 03/11/2018. During this period, about 9,000 rubles accumulated in anticipation of payment. But there were no payments until 03/11, I contacted their customer support service, they asked to wait until 03/15 and promised to definitely help with payments. And on 03/14/2018, without explanation, they deleted all my cashback payments. I contacted them about this, as agreed. But the promised help and answer to my questions about payments are still not there. I want to warn everyone not to contact LetyShops.

The reason for this is the cancellation, return of orders, failure to comply with the rules for purchases with cashback. Sometimes the store mistakenly transmits incorrect information about the status of orders. In such a case, we always, if possible, contact the relevant store representative, find out the reasons for the rejection and the possibility of resuming cashback. To do this, we only need any document confirming the payment for the orders.

The site has changed beyond recognition in six months!!! I thought it couldn't get any worse - it turns out I was wrong! It seems that the rare qualified workers have left or were "left". They hired such incompetent employees that they only answer a specific question with a quote from the site's rules and regulations, which I have long known by heart. No one wants to contact stores and resolve controversial issues. Many stores have simply begun to ignore this resource!
