Winkelen bij Temu met cashback
A user status (new/existing) is determined by Temu based on its own data and not by LetyShops.
The rate for a new Temu client only applies if the login is made for the very first time.
The rate does not apply:
- if a user logs in repeatedly to the same account;
- if a user logs in to any account from the same device that was used to log in previously;
- if a user logs in to any account from the same IP address that was used to log in previously.
All mentioned above applies even if an order has not been completed or an order placement process has not been initiated at all.
- for an order made via the store's mobile app;
- for a gift card purchase;
- if a gift card was redeemed to complete an order;
- if a coupon was used to complete an order;
- if an order is partially returned;
- if an order was altered (the goods within the order were swapped, added, or deleted);
- if an order has not been delivered and the order value has already been refunded to a user.
In order to avoid losing your cashback, we recommend that you delete cookies in your browser before visiting the Temu website. To do that, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Del. Select the "All time" option. More information can be found here.
If a user makes several separate orders within 48 hours, the increased cashback may be applied to the first order that appears in the store's system.

Cashback is credited only for the actual payment amount, without considering any Temu coins/credits/bonus points used, any payment made from the store's internal wallet or with a gift card, or any other similar virtual payment method.
The cashback credited to your balance may be lower than the amount shown as "Pending". This can happen due to exchange rate differences, VAT, other applicable taxes and fees, and delivery or shipping costs applied by the store.

Elke winkel heeft andere voorwaarden voor het ontvangen van cashback. Voor Temu bedraagt de bevestigingstijd voor cashback 60 tot 100 dagen. Vaak gebeurt dit sneller ;)
Zodra wij de bevestiging van de partners ontvangen, wordt de cashback automatisch overgezet naar de status 'In balans'.

Erg lang, vooral als er staat dat het naar het magazijn op de luchthaven wordt gestuurd. Het voelt alsof het naar een magazijn in een ander land gaat.

Het duurt erg lang voordat de goederen arriveren. Ik hoop dat ze bij Alika sneller arriveren. En eerlijk gezegd denk ik er al over na of ik hier nogmaals zal bestellen.
Om de een of andere reden heeft TEMU niet meer zo'n hoge cashback als vroeger. Een paar keer per maand liep het op tot 35-50, en nu is het 13 en dat is het.

De tarieven worden van tijd tot tijd door de winkel zelf aangepast, maar we zorgen ervoor dat er regelmatig acties met verhoogde cashback worden aangeboden. We raden je aan om de app of website regelmatig te controleren - er kunnen op elk moment aantrekkelijke aanbiedingen verschijnen.

Nou, ik wacht al lang op cashback van Temu. Ik heb de aankoop 2 maanden geleden gedaan, het is al een tijdje geleden dat ik het heb ontvangen en de cashback is nog steeds in behandeling. Het product is identiek op AliExpress, maar de cashback wordt veel sneller verrekend.

Cashback is initially displayed with the status "Pending". Partners need time to process the information and transfer it to us. The crediting deadlines can always be found on the store page, as well as next to the cashback in your LetyShops personal account.
As soon as partners transfer the reward, the bonus will be confirmed automatically ;)
