I have been using this service for over a year, I order mainly from Ali, before the big sale on 11/10, 11/11. everything was credited, I made several orders during the sale, the cashback was reflected immediately for small amounts, but for several expensive ones the cashback was not credited, I sent all the data on the orders to technical support on November 13, today November 16 is silent, if my issue is not resolved, I will no longer use this service.

Purchases from 10.11 to 11.11. 2018. Made a bunch of orders. There is no cashback for expensive purchases ((((. And if there is, then much less than 6-7.5%. Because of this, tickets were not credited for all purchases. Made 2 requests regarding cashback. Either a reply, standard wording, or no response for more than 1 day!!
