Cashback for two orders was not assigned, I wrote to the support service, they responded within 2 days, after correspondence, cashbacks for both orders went through. The support service responded as follows: "For reasons beyond our control, cashback losses do happen, and sometimes stores do not pass on information to us and do not accrue rewards."
