The reason is unclear, I did everything according to the instructions. This is not the first time, some orders go through, some do not. I will not make purchases through this server anymore, such problems do not happen on other servers. I contacted customer support... silence. The customer support replies that: "Unfortunately, AliExpress never sent us the order information and did not credit the reward. The reason for the loss of cashback could be a violation of the purchase algorithm or the device from which the order was made. Some extensions, programs, viruses can replace our affiliate link. In this case, the store thinks that you came through their link and credits them with a reward" - with which programs and viruses the purchase is made immediately after the first order, which was credited. What's the matter? Disgusting service, I do not recommend using it.

I made a purchase in M.Video for 120k, specially before that I deleted all extensions like adblock, several times before the order I double-checked that the Leti extension was green, i.e. the cashback was active... As a result, I missed the purchase in M.Video for 120k Leti, but the next purchases on Ali for all sorts of little things immediately after that - I caught it and counted the cashback... damn cool... beauties!
