the cashback is good but the store is a shame. I have already had problems with shipments once, despite not having many opportunities because I usually buy in another, but this time it's a movie. They pass the address wrong to SEUR (or they put it wrong so as not to have to deliver a 20kg package for which they charge a supplement), after a week waiting for the holidays on the day of delivery the package does not arrive because the address is incomplete . All weekend trying to arrange a delivery through the web de seur, but it is hanging. I manage to access today and it tells me that I have to pick up the package at the logistics center, in the middle of nowhere, without giving options to those who do not have a vehicle or cannot transport a package of these dimensions, that is why you ask for it at home . I call the store to report the incident and they refer the call directly to SEUR. They give a lousy service, they hire an agency with worse service and not happy with that they don't answer your calls.

I have to rectify, a few days ago I commented that they had rejected my cashback from this store, because that same day letyshops contacted me and credited me with the cashback, so perfect, thank you very much!

=Pretty embarrassing how this store works. They always reject cashback. Is it logical to think that people prefer 1 - 2€ to use a coupon? They could change it or directly that the store disappears, because it does not do any service

I have always received the cashback that corresponded to me with this store, so I am very happy. They take a long time to confirm it, yes; minimum a month and a half, two months.

Well, I made an order of almost 60 Euros taking advantage of a 14% discount, I realized that everything is well enabled, what is my surprise, I do not receive the cashback, and on top of that, we have lost the bonus for having been registered through the link of a friend. The truth is that it's sad, the perfect order, it arrived without problems, but the cashback was not enabled, and I'm still waiting for a response to my open issue...

I placed my first order taking advantage of a 15% cashback increase. 24 hours later the cashback did not appear and I opened a request, letyshop says that it cannot find the cashback and that it is going to contact the store. I did not use any discount coupon since I did not reach the minimum and I preferred to use the 15% cashback instead of the 10% coupon. I hope they can credit the cashback soon since it was around €7.

The downside is that if you use coupons as it says in the fine print, it does not credit you with any Cashback, so the approach is quite bad, since if I spend more than €100 on my dog's feed I prefer a 15% coupon, to credit a Cashback by cents. The truth is that I don't know who is going to buy No coupons if there are always any if you are a customer, so you always have to read the conditions so as not to be surprised.

I have made two orders in this store and they have given me the cashback without any problem. Without using any clear coupon. When you use a coupon it says they don't give you. regards

They take a long time to accredit and they usually reject it. I always have to claim, once LetyShop credited it to me as a bonus. I'm still waiting for a January purchase to be credited (we are in March 2022)
