Tiendanimal always gives problems with cashback. You make your purchase, they give you a cashback that corresponds to the amount of the purchase you have made and the percentage of cashback that the store offers, and a few days later they change it to an amount of cents and finally they deny it. The last purchases I have made with them I have had problems and the Letyshops team ended up solving them.

Twice I have bought with them, twice the app itself has had to take care of the cash back because the store did not want to do it. Apart from the fact that it takes a long time, it takes 4 months or more (it wouldn't matter, because it ends up arriving). Take advantage and they hook you with good % but then something always happens. I don't think it deserves even one star. I have never had problems with cashback. They had to refund me €26.81 of a purchase of almost €123 that had been denied by the store for no reason and having met all the purchase requirements. For me, a complete scam on their part.
