Every week I place an order for delivery. There are never any issues with cashback at all. I am surprised by so many negative comments. Sometimes there may be issues with delivery. But Silpo always solves everything. Maybe I am just lucky)

Today, 03/29/2025, I placed an order for the amount of 1722 UAH. (approximately). Payment by card upon receipt. The courier arrived, said the amount was 2329 UAH. I paid. Although I asked why there was such a difference, to which I received an answer that I had goods by weight, so the final check is larger. I got to the check, and there was a Phoenix roll 2 pieces for the amount of 558 UAH., which I did not order, and did not receive, although I paid for it… CHECK THE CHECKS!!!

In general, it's terrible. It happened that the meat was not fresh, and the delivery was not on time. And there was also the fact that the scammer got access to his own account and wrote off all the bonuses. Although even before the bonuses were written off, he called the support line and asked to delete everything except my phone number. "Did you delete everything?" - ""Everything! Don't worry!" The next morning, -150 UAH from the bonus account in Silpo hundreds of kilometers from me. They didn't help, didn't apologize, and even more so didn't compensate. And now there's advertising everywhere, YouTube, mail... BUY and BUY, only with us, we're so cool. I subscribed with a bang. I think it's good, let's give it another chance. I subscribed. I go into my account, 20+ individual offers. Discounts on products, two offers on delivery for 1 UAH, -100 UAH for orders over 500 UAH. I place an order, there's a preliminary amount to write off, payment by card. When assembling the order, they try to charge 200 UAH more. And why? And because -100 UAH didn't work, discounts on other offers also don't work, and + 79 UAH for delivery =))) And then they call and say you don't have enough funds. But no, there's just such a function as a payment limit from the card, just in case of liars like you. As a result, the order is canceled, the subscription is also goodbye - because it doesn't work. Maybe if the write-off was what was promised at the beginning, it could compensate for the sky-high prices and terrible service. And no cashback will compensate for this, competitors have better and for less money.

You can't even read the review. I wonder what kind of check you want to be given? Communicating with you has yielded no results, neither in chat nor by phone.
They could have simply replied that you really are doing so poorly, that you are sorry and sad, but that you hope that they will give you another 10th chance and that there is even a possibility that you will cope and do everything as promised.
And so far your answer is irrelevant, you are once again encouraging us to do something that does not produce results.

I have ordered several times, there are no issues with cashback - everything is fine, they are charged on the first dates of the next month from the order! But there are difficulties with the Silpo website itself. Overall, everything is fine.

Trash and fun!!! Order with pickup the next day. I didn't order for myself and I wasn't supposed to pick it up. As a result, the person came at the appointed time, and was told that the order was collected yesterday, the shelf life of the products had expired and they were disposed of. They didn't offer anything in return, so the person left with nothing. A call to support didn't solve anything, just stupid mumbling by the operator.

I order delivery from Silpo consistently once every 5-7 days (Kyiv). I carefully review all the important sections, use the search. If you know what products you need, then placing an order is quite simple. The site works almost always well. There have been very few failures. I pay for delivery upon receipt - convenient. They pick up the order at the apartment - convenient! If you are unable to answer the phone to the person who collects the goods in the store, there is an option "do not collect if clarification is required" - convenient! Cashbacks are accrued almost within half an hour each time.

If you carefully place an order (place and pay directly from the website, not from the mobile application), then there are no problems with cashback. Their website is a little slow, but you can use it. Order formation and delivery depend on the buyer's location (the nearest Silpo store is selected). Sometimes this is not convenient - because the nearest store may be relatively small and have a smaller selection of products/availability/freshness. Therefore, location is an important point when ordering. Personally, I have no complaints about delivery, but there are nuances - in Lviv it is now done by couriers on mopeds (therefore, there are restrictions on the weight of the order). Since I use Silpo delivery often, it is obvious that sometimes there are problems (rarely, they are resolved through support, nothing catastrophic).

They gave a second chance to deliver home from Silpo. The first time they rescheduled the time more than 5 times. In the end, they brought it the next day, with defrosted products. Today, for the second time, the order did not arrive at the time indicated on their website, they extended it twice, saying that the courier was on the way. After 6 hours of waiting, we were forced to cancel the order, since it was no longer possible to stay home and wait for the products.

Cashbacks are constantly being rejected. It's unpleasant.

First they canceled the bonus points (they don't work on promotions), then they made the site worse (it freezes and removes items from the cart by itself or constantly gives various errors), and now they've also made the minimum order 200 UAH for pickup. This is really the end, with such prices try to choose something for 200 UAH, and there is no alternative, because Silpo doesn't issue cards in person, and not everyone has the opportunity to install their application
