The online store is simply HORRIBLE, I made an order before that and couldn't pay on the website - well, I think my can't figure it out, I paid the courier. I thought about making an order today, went to the website, collected the basket, added the address and after that I couldn't log in to my account, you enter your phone number, you get a password but you can't log in. Support couldn't help with anything, except for the advice to clear the cache, of course it didn't help much. So I went to a supermarket of another chain. I don't recommend this store.

The order was made on 16.12 and still hasn't been shipped. You call the hotline and they only promise that they will ship after 18:00...and, no movement of the order. Although the delivery date is 18.12, and today is already 20.12. Will I order online delivery from Silpo again? Probability: close to zero.

Again "sorry for the inconvenience"... and most importantly, not a single clear answer to the question.. only "sorry and we apologize". And the funds, they said, will be returned to me within 5 days. And if it's a weekend, then maybe a week will pass. But you didn't show off there, using my funds for a whole week??? I understand that 2k. it's not that much money... but it's mine!
