A complete scam. For large purchases (in my case, a purchase of over €1,000 at El Corte Inglés), they only delay and offer absurd wait times to tire the customer out so they finally give up. The only thing they can say is: "Unfortunately, if you receive the cashback, we don't receive a portion of the membership either." They repeat this over and over again for weeks, until they finally say they won't give you the cashback. It's not at all advisable to buy through Letyshop to get a few euros off your purchases. They do give you cashback for your first purchases, so you'll trust them, and when you make a larger purchase, they wash their hands of it.
