I think it's VERY WRONG that if I pay with available funds in my Mercado Pago account, I don't receive the cashback credit, because ultimately that money is cash and they do receive the payment. Please try to fix that.

We're sorry, but according to the store's terms and conditions, cashback is credited only for the amount paid, without taking into account bonus points/coins/Temu credits used, payments made with store money or gift card, or other similar virtual payment methods.

We're sorry you had that experience. The store has calculated your cashback as for an existing Temu customer. We see that you've already made purchases at this store, including with us, so the conditions for a new customer haven't been met.
If you use the Temu app, it doesn't generate a cashback and I sent a request to review it and it's been almost a month and nothing. It's better not to use the app only through the website.

Guys, the recommendation here with Temu is not to enter any of their promotions, they are really crappy, you pay more... the good ones are the coupons they give you for consuming, those are applied directly... any thing or problem you have with Temu, if you complain immediately and cancel your order they can return your money more or less quickly... if you do not feel comfortable with what you ordered then quickly cancel and that's it
