An order number displayed in your LetyShops account is different from the one assigned by the store and displayed in your SHEIN account. When submitting a request, please provide the actual SHEIN order number.

- Cashback is credited only for the actual payment amount, without taking into account the amount paid from your SHEIN wallet or the number of bonus points applied to the payment.
- Cashback is not credited for any additional costs such as delivery and shipping.
- The cashback amount credited to your account balance may vary from the amount displayed before. This is caused by the conversion of rates between the shop's and your account's currencies.

Dissatisfied with the Shein store but very satisfied with the attention of the Letyshops platform. After placing two orders, the cashback of none did not appear. Therefore, I had to request it. One of them was rejected and the other the store (shein) did not send the cashback but Letyshops still credited the payment.
