I didn't know this section existed and seeing the negative comments bothered me quite a bit. In my personal opinion, the service works perfectly as they offer it. I make very frequent purchases and in 2024 alone I withdrew $302.72, and so far this year I already have $77 including about $10 in cancelled purchases that are obviously going to reject the cashback. The truth is that you have to be very objective with what they say, freedom of expression exists although to skin the platform is already falling into defamation. Another positive comment to add is that withdrawing via PayPal is super fast, they say it takes a while but in my case it hasn't taken more than 5 minutes.
