I have a feeling that I was robbed. And I think it was done on purpose. It happened like this. I put goods in the tmall store in my cart, on the aliexpress website (If anyone doesn't know, there is such a store that cooperates with aliexpress). Before I decided to buy the goods, I went from the letyshopa website to the aliexpress website, the application in the chrome browser lit up green and showed that the cashback was activated. Without any ulterior motives, I went to the cart and paid for the goods. What do you think?! Now the support writes to me that I am a fool and I should have followed a different link for the tmall store!!! There is simply an imperfection in the system and they do not want to pay for their mistakes and blame the customers. Very disappointed!!!!

Today I decided to withdraw 1,500 rubles to the card, I left a request, and received a notification by email saying: "the request will be confirmed within 3 days, and the money will be credited to the account within 5 days." I thought, okay, I'll wait. In a minute, 1,500 rubles are credited to the card. IN A MINUTE. WITHOUT COMMISSIONS. WITHOUT EXTRA MOVEMENTS. This is something, I am still sitting in shock. Also a huge plus to the support service - several times the cashback did not arrive, but within 24 hours the guys resolved the issue and credited it to me as a bonus or clearly indicated the reason if the mistake was on my part.
