The thing is that the cashback status changes immediately after the store credits the reward. The store needs time to credit the order, process the information and transfer it to our system. To inform our users when to expect the cashback to be credited to their balance, we have posted information about the average (and for some stores, the maximum) time for crediting the cashback on each store's page.
Also, for your convenience, you can see the estimated date of cashback crediting for the order in your personal account. To do this, simply hover the mouse cursor over the question mark next to the "Pending" status. We advise our users to confirm receipt of orders, as this can speed up the cashback crediting process. Most often, after confirmation of receipt, cashback is credited within 3-5 days. Unfortunately, sometimes you need to wait for the terms that are published on the store page.
