It is the fourth time that I place an order in this store, and removing the first, the rest of the times the Cashback is wrongly credited. They indicate that my purchase is for a lower quantity than it actually is. I have opened a query every time to justify that my purchases are for higher amounts and that the Cashback is being wrongly credited to me. I don't know if the error is from Shein or Letyshops, but they always leave me waiting for months without doing anything about it, instead of verifying the data and modifying the amount to be credited. I am quite disappointed, Letyshops.
