Unfortunately, I feel compelled to file a complaint because my experience with this store has been terrible. I placed an order that I canceled before it was shipped, and they still decided to ship it anyway, even though the package arrived broken. I've had to go back and forth, fill out forms, and waste time just to get my money back, which I find outrageous. I want to make it clear that the guys at Letyshops are not to blame for Druni's lack of professionalism. I won't shop here again. I don't care about cashback: it's useless if they always find some excuse not to refund your money or not give you what you're owed. These kinds of practices are unacceptable and border on consumer abuse.
Everything is fine so far, I have no complaints, although if my calculations don't add up, they give you less cashback than you're supposed to get... that on the one hand, and as a store they always have everything sold out or out of stock, and it also takes a long time to arrive. Although the cashback is bigger than Primor's, they don't give you what you're supposed to get correctly.

A scam. I placed a high-value order when the cashback was at 10%. They won't credit it because it's too high, even though the limit is set at €18 maximum. I won't use the service again.

They don't meet the 48-72 hour deadline. When you get an email from the delivery company after a week, I have to call the delivery company to have them look for my order and bring it to me. It's a disaster. Primor is much better.
They don't comply with the 48-72 hour delivery. They don't give you the correct tracking number. Everything is very neglected, the links are broken, the phone numbers are incorrect, and the 2018 copyright appears when it's 2025. A bot answers your call on WhatsApp. They canceled my cashback for no reason. I won't buy anything again; the experience with Primor is much better.
