When you go from us to the store, a link is formed. It was overwritten. This can happen due to clicking on a link, advertisement, banner, coupon site. Sites that you visited before the purchase could also be affected.
If the product was added to the cart before the transfer from us, this could also have affected the loss of cashback. Since the store did not see the transfer from our service, the reward will no longer be credited to us.
We didn't receive anything from partners, but to support you, we credited a partial bonus for order 223494 from the company's funds :)

I waited a day to submit a request for the purchase to be added to the system and cashback was accrued. I received a response that the order was not found, the purchase will be searched for 4 months. I took part in the promotion on 05/29/25 on the occasion of the company's birthday and made purchases for more than UAH 10,000 to have more chances to win. Most of the orders were not found. I do not recommend the service
