For small purchases, it works without a hitch, but when you make a large purchase, the algorithm curiously fails. I'm not the only one this has happened to... When you write to customer service, they tell you it's not their fault, but the store's. The end result is that you hire a service and it doesn't deliver. Obviously, they're covered, since the terms and conditions make it clear that they're not responsible for any flaws in their algorithm... If it's your product, they should be responsible for their flaws, I say... The end result: They haven't solved anything for me. They offered me a coupon to increase my cashback for two days, which makes no sense; it's like spending money again. They've given me back a sixth of what they should have and are offering me more cashback... Anyway, I won't use this service again.

I registered on the letyshops website today. For now I don't want to download the app, because I don't know if I'll use it. Comparing the cashback percentages of my favorite stores on letyshops and another cashback site (bs) that I've been using successfully for more than 5 years, I noticed that on letyshops they are lower. For this reason...it's not worth it for me to pass my purchases through letyshops. Unless I find a store that interests me and there is no cashback on my usual site. However, there is an advantage on letyshops: navigation is very fast and fluid, which I must say on the other cashback portal is not at all fast or fluid. However, I must say that I can't find in the rules what the minimum limit is to be able to withdraw cashback, in the reviews someone said that a minimum of €10, but I don't see it written clearly in the rules.

If this app's revenue generation relies on technology, it leaves a lot to be desired. I've had several occasions where, before making a purchase, I check that the browser extension is activated, only to see that the cashback doesn't appear when I actually make the purchase. After submitting a request to have it processed in-store and the transaction appearing in the Letychops statistics (waiting four months), the response is that since the seller hasn't responded, they can't do anything. I'm already questioning the veracity of this service (it works for small purchases, but for purchases over €400, they wash their hands of it).
