I fulfilled the conditions for receiving a Tinkoff SIM card, the final date for crediting the cashback of 1001.73 rubles should have already been made on April 24, 2021. Yesterday, 06/10/21, the LetyShops service rejected my cashback and credited only 500 rubles from its funds as a bonus. A friend was also waiting for LetyShops cashback just like me for Tinkoff SIM cards, but yesterday they credited him 1000 rubles from their funds, and for some reason only 500 rubles to me. By what criteria do you evaluate who to give more? After all, we fulfilled the conditions in the same way and he also had 1001.73 rubles in anticipation of cashback for receiving a Tinkoff SIM card. This is not the first time I have used the service, I have always been happy, but for some reason the service has deteriorated and does not please customers (((

We are no less upset by this situation than you are, because we were denied the reward from which the cashback is accrued. The manager responded in more detail in the request #2441100 (section "Help").
Compensation is calculated automatically based on the user's status. For our part, we tried to support with a bonus. Previously, cashback was credited from the company's budget, but this is not always possible.
