I think it's a scam that the 35% discount appears on Shein and then explains that this is for new Shein customers; for old ones it's only 7%.

I think it's a scam, they offer 6% and then tell you it's only 1.2% because you're an old customer... shouldn't they take better care of old customers???.... I'm not leaving Letys, I'm leaving Shein.

I've been using cashback frequently, but a few months ago, when I opened the Shein website through Letyshop, it asked me to pay for shipping when I shouldn't have because even if you qualify for free shipping, the amount doesn't appear in the app. It's unfortunate that this happens, since I always recommended it.

Two weeks ago, I contacted Shein customer service to report that GLS had sent my package to the wrong address (to another city, in fact). They've ignored me for the past two weeks, claiming that the delivery had been made correctly and on time. I don't have my products, I don't have my money, they won't refund my order, and I had to file a complaint with PayPal. Now they're telling me they won't pay me anything until I withdraw the PayPal complaint. The best part is that the shipment was guaranteed to be delivered on time. It isn't, and I don't know what else could happen to me with this purchase. This company scams and engages in online fraud. If you don't want to fall victim to their shady practices, I recommend you consider purchasing from other platforms.
And this joke about lowering the cashback??? I hope they raise it because I spend a lot of money in this store all the time and I don't like that you lowered it.

I find it unfortunate that Shein has lowered the casback so much since the 3.8 was low now they lower it to 1.8 I have always been happy with Leti but now Shein I don't know what's wrong with them I buy a lot there but I don't know if it's worth it now grief.

It seems like an abuse to me that from 3.6% it drops to 1.8% just when I switch to letysilver, in short SHEIN's fault there is nothing to object to with this application the payments arrive, but on SHEIN's part the negotiations leave something to be desired and also the price increases for everything and changes in conditions regarding discount codes.
