An order number displayed in your LetyShops account is different from the one assigned by the store and displayed in your SHEIN account. When submitting a request, please provide the actual SHEIN order number.
LetyShops, including Shein, has always worked well for me until I placed an order with this store with a 35% discount on cash, and I never received any feedback. And now I'm waiting four months for the store to refuse. Disappointing.

I already posted a comment, but it hasn't even been published. I made a fairly large purchase on SHEIN, taking advantage of a cashback boost. Coincidentally, it wasn't registered despite the extension icon turning green and me waiting the seconds the LetyShops extension itself indicated after the purchase. I had recently registered using a friend's link to receive €5 cashback if I made a purchase within 30 days. Evidently, this purchase was within that period. I filed a complaint, and it's now been 19 days since my purchase. However, since they say the store can take up to four months to respond, here I am, without my cashback (which I'm starting to think they'll never give me) and about to lose the €5 I got from registering with my friend's link, since it was within a 30-day period, and I have three more left until it expires. A horrible experience; I feel very scammed.

I was very happy with the Cashback service, until I activated the cashback on my last order and for some reason it didn't work and they didn't give it to me. I opened a request to recover it but it's still pending acceptance and several days have passed. If they fix that, I'll continue using the app; if not, I'll switch.

Every time there's an increase in cashback, there are problems getting it to appear. It's a joke. One is under review and can take 4 months, when all the evidence of my order is there, and today's order hasn't appeared yet...
