I booked 3 different hotels at the end of August. I did everything on the computer. The "pending" cashback appeared immediately, and I received the payment 2 months later. All 3 payments came at the same time. Maybe the waiting time is a little long, but it's worth it.

Booking.com is very good, however Letyshops does not always credit the cashback and if the cashback isn't credited when booked the only way around it is a paper receipt from the hotel. recently I made 4 separate bookings via mobile app, 3 of which were not credited. Letyshops have closed all the complaints I have filed. It's almost like jumping through hoops on fire to get £5. No thanks.

Yes, partners can accept a claim only with a a printed receipt. This condition is available on the transition page.
The information about your booking from 22.10 appeared automatically. Cashback will be credited durinf 90 days after departure from the hotel. As booking from 08.06 was made without a transitions, cashback did not appear. If there are any other questions, you can always contact our support team in the Help section.

Unfortunately we are not collaborating directly with the Booking service, but through the Partner Program. Waiting times can be up to 4 months, but in most cases requests are processed earlier. We remain waiting with you for information in the appeal #2573987.

The payment method does not affect the accrual of cashback. The main condition is to make a transition from our website before making a reservation.

It works! I have already received 3 refunds for hotels booked in May June, the waiting time is long but declared, so arm yourself with patience wait those 2/3 months and the refund will be credited. Since I have been using Letyshops I have already saved €60 on my purchases, fabulous app!

I don't know why they raise the cashback if they don't recognize it later. I've had a complaint for a while now, and it's still unanswered. I've included the corresponding screenshots in the complaint, so we'll see what happens next; but my patience is running out, and the app is becoming less reliable for me.
