I have been making purchases with cashback for several years now, I know all the rules perfectly well. But here the cashback did not appear, part was compensated, then we waited for a response from the partners. The response was probably sent in paper form on the turtle. In the end, it turned out that a transition was recorded via someone else's link. Who do you take me for? How can a buyer/user prove that he followed your link? No way! I will not allow myself to be deceived again. In correspondence with the store, they said that the commission for my order was transferred to admitad. Letyshop works through them. We received a response with information that the buyer came from another source, not from our service. Many different companies work through the Admitad system. Unfortunately, we were not informed which source exactly was given the reward. We credited part of the cashback. We understand that this is not the amount you expected to receive, but in this situation, this is the maximum compensation.

Cashback is credited automatically as soon as partners transfer the commission. There are a number of factors due to which cashback may be lost. All of them are described in detail in our rules , as well as on the pages of partner stores. Sometimes there are errors in data transfer.

I registered with LetyShops in October 2019 and immediately wanted to try it out (fortunately, there were some product blanks). I immediately received Premium (+30% for registration) and didn't immediately figure out how to calculate. I contacted the support service - they told me (though not the first time). Out of eight orders on 11.11, they didn't credit cashback for two, I contacted them again - they asked me to wait. Then they credited it, but at some average rate from the company's funds, which was much less than the required amount. After I wrote down each order in numbers, they credited it additionally, for this special THANKS to Sergey Skuratov.
