Purchases at Temu with cashback in Czechia
A user status (new/existing) is determined by Temu based on its own data and not by LetyShops.
The rate for a new Temu client only applies if the login is made for the very first time.
The rate does not apply:
- if a user logs in repeatedly to the same account;
- if a user logs in to any account from the same device that was used to log in previously;
- if a user logs in to any account from the same IP address that was used to log in previously.
All mentioned above applies even if an order has not been completed or an order placement process has not been initiated at all.
- for an order made via the store's mobile app;
- for a gift card purchase;
- if a gift card was redeemed to complete an order;
- if a coupon was used to complete an order;
- if an order is partially returned;
- if an order was altered (the goods within the order were swapped, added, or deleted);
- if an order has not been delivered and the order value has already been refunded to a user.
In order to avoid losing your cashback, we recommend that you delete cookies in your browser before visiting the Temu website. To do that, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Del. Select the "All time" option. More information can be found here.
If a user makes several separate orders within 48 hours, the increased cashback may be applied to the first order that appears in the store's system.
The store can split orders so that the increased cashback is applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
Cashback is credited only for the actual payment amount, without considering any Temu coins/credits/bonus points used, any payment made from the store's internal wallet or with a gift card, or any other similar virtual payment method.
The cashback credited to your balance may be lower than the amount shown as "Pending". This can happen due to exchange rate differences, VAT, other applicable taxes and fees, and delivery or shipping costs applied by the store.

It took them about two months to return 4,000 CLP (about $5) to me. So if you need your money back quickly, it's not recommended.

We understand that the wait may be long. Cashback is credited as soon as the store confirms and pays us the commission, so it can sometimes take longer.
After 3 months they finally credited the cashback. Just so you know, if you need your cashback soon, from these specials of up to 50% like the one I used, it took 3 months to credit 18,000 CLP, which now became 17,615 CLP, so be patient.

I placed an order on 05/17, as of today the cashback is still pending and they still have until 08/25, more than 3 months for Temu to approve the cashback, it is a hundred times preferable to have a lower cashback percentage on AliExpress and have it approved as soon as you confirm receipt of the product than to wait 3 months and on top of that have to use a different wifi, a new account, and a cell phone that you have not used before to have a little more cashback.

Be careful with the 100% cashback. It has very strict restrictions. Basically you have to log in for the FIRST TIME, on a device you have NOT logged in to before (with any account), or be connected to a wifi where someone has logged in before. Absurd.
I'm looking at the majority of people who give their opinion here and they are fake. There are names that appear to have bought in Chile, Brazil, ETC. and they are from Mexico. Most of the positive opinions are not real. Another point is that the small things are sent to you immediately, but the larger ones take months since these Chinese people wait for a container with a different distribution. After-sales service is awful, it's like AliExpress, they don't take responsibility for their sellers.
