However, the cashback was rejected in accordance with the terms of the OGO! store, namely "When using the OGO! store loyalty program, as well as when paying and receiving points from the store for an order, cashback will not be accrued" (published on the website from 06/25/2018), and "Cashback will not be accrued when placing an order from a legal entity" (published on the website from 12/12/2018). We clarified that points are accrued for your orders under the store's loyalty program. Since partners do not provide a reward for such orders, the cashback was automatically rejected.
We credited cashback to your balance for one order, but unfortunately we cannot compensate funds in other cases. We sincerely hope that this will not happen again. To avoid the risk of losing cashback, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of partner stores before making purchases.

Sometimes I want to give it a whack, but I've been using it for a long time. The eternal problem with the service is that as soon as you make a large order for a large amount, then with a high probability SOMETHING WILL GO WRONG. Ultimately, the transition to the store will be displayed, but you will get no cash. And in the best case, as an incentive prize, the service will credit you with a couple of kopecks (and only if you create a request). Therefore, I don't even know what rating to give now.
