A user status (new/existing) is determined by Temu based on its own data and not by LetyShops.
The rate for a new Temu client only applies if the login is made for the very first time.

If a user makes several separate orders within 48 hours, the increased cashback may be applied to the first order that appears in the store's system.

Cashback is credited only for the actual payment amount, without considering any Temu coins/credits/bonus points used, any payment made from the store's internal wallet or with a gift card, or any other similar virtual payment method.
The cashback credited to your balance may be lower than the amount shown as "Pending". This can happen due to exchange rate differences, VAT, other applicable taxes and fees, and delivery or shipping costs applied by the store.
Made a lot of orders and the cashback for most of them was denied. At first, they supposedly return your cashback as an exception, and then they just refuse. Don’t waste your time.

I thought they wouldn't give me the Cashback because I deleted a product when I had already made the product, but they did give me the Cashback.
It has good products, I recommend it.
I will complain as many times as possible. MISLEADING ADVERTISING. Do not be scammed, I have made several purchases and they do not give me cashback, I have made many requests and attached evidence of screenshots making the purchase and payment and they DO NOT RETURN, they mark your order as LOST or any other excuse. Terrible, 0 stars if that option were there.

I give Temu one star, it's a scam store, but Letty shop is safe with its Cashback. They are serious, but this store never gave me the Cashback. Letty Shop gave it to me out of their own pocket, so Letty Shop is safe. Temu is not.
