I can only get through by email. They opened a support ticket for me, but they've never contacted me. Not to repair it, replace it, or even refund it. It's outrageous!

As you say, when the amount is more than three figures, you have to file a claim because it hasn't been recorded. And even more, this can take up to four months. They're very quick to collect. And then they'll give you whatever they think is appropriate, because the cashback is exchanged or comes with offers, not from the day of purchase. If this store ends up causing you problems, the easiest thing to do is to cancel their service. You save yourself the headache.

Terrible experience. I usually use this app for a lot of purchases, the ones they have available. I made a purchase on November 25th for a value of €530, I went ahead with the purchase because I had a 14% cashback, as always I don't feel like it available and I had to open the request attaching photos of the purchase and the cashback I had. Today they accepted the request and they gave me €28, out of €63 that they should have returned once the VAT was removed. I opened a ticket and they responded that the cashback was a maximum of €28. Something that WASN'T INDICATED ANYWHERE. A scam. I will never buy from this store again.

Very bad experience. Last week I bought a vacuum cleaner in this store. As part of the Black Friday offers from Letishops they gave me 14% back. That encouraged me to buy this vacuum cleaner in advance, even though it didn't suit me at all, and to opt for the Cecotec brand. I had planned to buy one from another brand that was cheaper, but with the cashback refund it was similar. I noticed that after following all the steps I was always shown the cashback activated icon. After the purchase, what was my surprise is that it doesn't appear as pending. I have claimed it and now I have to wait 4 months to see what the store says... but they have already done me a disservice because I made a financial effort by buying in advance in the hope that it would be rewarded. I am quite upset to be honest. I regularly use the LetiShops app and I have no problems, but coincidentally the two times I have bought something for which they should have given me a higher cashback this has happened. And it really makes me angry.

I made a fairly large order and since I saw that they returned a good percentage of cashback, I did it through Letyshop. Well, the cashback didn't appear in 24 hours as it usually happens, so I opened a claim proving the payment and the order made on the website and what I found was that Letyshop indicates that it hasn't found the cashback in its system.
