An order number displayed in your LetyShops account is different from the one assigned by the store and displayed in your SHEIN account. When submitting a request, please provide the actual SHEIN order number.
First purchase made and the credit of the cashback was not successful (order lost and it happened to me only on this e-commerce). The request has already started and the Letyshops team has been super helpful. I think I'll try to give it another try later.
