- Cashback is not credited when using the store's mobile app.
- It may take up to 5 days for cashback to appear in your account balance with "Pending" status.
- If you have an active balance on your Groupon account, it will be automatically deducted from your shopping cart value. This can result in the shopping cart value dropping to €0, so you will not get any cashback.

Fatal for Groupon! I had to wait 4 months to receive the cashback by previously opening a claim since it was not reflected in my profile, and it was a resolution by LetyShops who finally gave me a part of the money as a bonus, as I understand the store directly did not want to validate my purchase! This has never happened to me with any other store!
