When cashback is not displayed in your account after making a purchase, you need to create a search request in the "My Cashback" section of your personal account. If there were no violations of the store's terms and conditions and the rules for purchases with cashback, a request is automatically submitted to partners.
The "Pending" request and tips on the process of reviewing it will appear in the order list.

I ordered a T-shirt, opened it, and it was dirty, like the floor had just been mopped. I bought my child a T-shirt and a pair of shorts as a set. In the photo, the color was perfect as a set, but in reality the curtains are white with green, and on the T-shirt it is cream with green, and the tags on the shorts are the same, but in reality the sizes are different, the tags are sewn at random, disappointment, out of four T-shirts of the same size, two are small, two are normal in size.
