An order number displayed in your LetyShops account is different from the one assigned by the store and displayed in your SHEIN account. When submitting a request, please provide the actual SHEIN order number.
I love Shein, and even more so with Letyshops. I have a purchase planned to see if they'll raise my cashback, since it was higher the previous few days, but I couldn't make it. Thank you so much to both Shein and Letyshops. I love shopping this way.
When the Cashback is increased it is almost never credited... I am speaking with someone to see if they can solve it for me, why does it always not appear when I make purchases and after it has happened to me in several stores it seems strange to me... I always wait for the 10 seconds to finish for it to be credited and I take into account that the icon is green... it's a shame it always happens the same way, I hope for a solution, thanks.

It's very sad that such a situation has happened. It's true that mistakes can happen and the cashback may not be recorded, but our Customer Service team does everything possible to resolve such situations and reimburse at least part of the cashback.
We see that a request for lost cashback has already been created and has been sent to our partners. As soon as we receive a response, the status of your request will change, and we'll notify you.
