An order number displayed in your LetyShops account is different from the one assigned by the store and displayed in your SHEIN account. When submitting a request, please provide the actual SHEIN order number.
I didn't think it was real. If it takes a while for them to give you the cashback, you just have to be patient. I've received 4 cashbacks about two months after making the purchases. I hope the timeframe is shorter.

I am becoming disappointed with Letyshops. I have now placed several orders with SHEIN and none of them have generated or returned the cashback they promote. When I place a request that it has not appeared, they tell me that it is denied because no transaction has been made. It is tedious, the same situation every time when the purchase is made and the order is sent.

Highly recommended. Some purchases did not show the cashback or some were rejected, but most were fine. It's an extra, so it's okay if they don't give you the cashback. But I still really like using Letyshops.
