Cashback is not credited for:

- if a gift card is redeemed;

In order for the cashback to be credited, you must:
1. Place an order within a single browser session.
2. If you are adding multiple products to your cart, click through to each product separately and then add them to your cart.
3. Add products to an empty cart only after clicking through from LetyShops and disable other plugins before purchasing.
4. Do not add to the cart the products that you have marked as "Favourites".
Allegro PL does not deliver orders to all countries of the world, but you can use delivery services of your country for that.

Once again, Lety and Allegro are disappointing: (two rejected requests for a refund - no reason was given. Purchase made on the same day, with increased cashback. Transfer from Lety's website, plug-in activated. Purchase from the same category. And two were rejected anyway. Unfortunately, stores do not provide us with information about the reasons for losing cashback. Allegro also does not consider requests for loss of funds, so it is not possible to try to refund the cashback. For previously lost orders, funds were credited from LetyShops funds. However, we cannot always do this, because we ourselves do not get anything for lost orders.
