Once again, Lety and Allegro are disappointing: (two rejected requests for a refund - no reason was given. Purchase made on the same day, with increased cashback. Transfer from Lety's website, plug-in activated. Purchase from the same category. And two were rejected anyway. Allegro also does not consider requests for loss of funds, so it is not possible to try to refund the cashback. For previously lost orders, funds were credited from LetyShops funds. However, we cannot always do this, because we ourselves do not get anything for lost orders.

Allegro is a set of rules like no cashback. I have a smart allegro and I was choosing a few items from a different category to the cart when I was missing the free shipping. This is a violation of the rules and no cashback has been awarded.
