A user status (new/existing) is determined by Temu based on its own data and not by LetyShops.
The rate for a new Temu client only applies if the login is made for the very first time.
The rate does not apply:
All mentioned above applies even if an order has not been completed or an order placement process has not been initiated at all.
In order to avoid losing your cashback, we recommend that you delete cookies in your browser before visiting the Temu website. To do that, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Del. Select the "All time" option. More information can be found here.
If a user makes several separate orders within 48 hours, the increased cashback may be applied to the first order that appears in the store's system.
The store can split orders so that the increased cashback is applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
Cashback is credited only for the actual payment amount, without considering any Temu coins/credits/bonus points used, any payment made from the store's internal wallet or with a gift card, or any other similar virtual payment method.
The cashback credited to your balance may be lower than the amount shown as "Pending". This can happen due to exchange rate differences, VAT, other applicable taxes and fees, and delivery or shipping costs applied by the store.
I would like to give ZERO but one star is the minimum. My comment concerns a purchase at Temu with a 100% cashback. This is fiction or at least it was in my case. I met all the conditions to obtain a 100% refund, i.e. the first: registration, order and login. I did not want to share my card details so I paid for the order via PayPal. PayPal is accepted by Temu and my account has been active and used for many years. For a few hours the transaction had the status of being processed and a few days later (as always) PayPal withdrew funds from my bank account. In the meantime, Latyshop granted cashback, which was later canceled. Because the day after the purchase, Temu canceled my transaction because of quote - "After careful verification, we discovered unusual activity in the payment process, which prompted us to issue a full refund as a precaution". It is very convenient if you need to send the purchased goods and return the payment. So it is better to cancel the transaction for a fictitious reason. Of course, I tried to find out what unusual activity took place during the payment. Unfortunately, neither the agent via chat (despite internal consultations) nor another "expert from abroad" via customer service gave me an answer. I only received copy/paste responses that did not contribute anything to the case. My conclusion is that it is a waste of time and nerves on Temu. I was fooled and Temu obtained my full data (personal/address/telephone) for free. A MOCK!!!
Good morning!
We are sorry that something similar happened:(
We hope that it will not happen again.
