I made purchases for about PLN 10,000 (5 purchases) and they rejected each one. Why? They claim that the store does not accept cashback/I did something wrong. Interestingly, the problem occurs EVERY time with larger amounts (from ~PLN 500). To confirm, they rejected very similar purchases for the same amount for the same reason - incorrectly activated cashback, and other cheaper orders went through without a problem activated in the same way, with the same browser plug-ins. After filing a complaint, they awarded me PLN 10, which is only 0.1% of all rejected orders. I do not recommend them at all, the competition works much better. Support, which should help, actually puts the blame on you, rejects applications and tells you to send a recording of the entire process of buying and activating cashback. Maybe I should also include the login process with bank details? Jokes. I tried to settle this matter amicably, although they ignored me, hence I warn you against using their service. I withdraw my funds and run away to the competition.

In order for the refund to be calculated correctly, you must follow the cashback shopping algorithm, including: disabling other plugins in your browser, adding goods to your cart only after going through Letyshops/after activating the plugin, and following the store's terms and conditions.
In your case, almost no order appeared in the account automatically. This means that the algorithm mentioned earlier was violated.
Our managers pointed out possible errors when placing an order and gave tips for successful cashback purchases in the future.
Unfortunately, the cashback kept getting lost, so we asked for a recording of the purchase process, as then we would be able to check why the refund was getting lost.
It is worth noting that sensitive data is not needed, it is just about the algorithm.

There are factors that can affect the calculation of the refund: including violation of the store's terms, violation of the cashback purchase algorithm, overwriting our affiliate link. Our manager has described in more detail the possible reasons for the loss of purchases in the "Help" section.

Overall, it's a really cool thing, because it's nice to be able to save a few pennies without much effort. A penny at a time and it becomes quite a reasonable amount :) The support department is very polite and efficient, it solves any problems quickly. I recommend it!
