The cashback itself is nothing special, there are a lot of similar Leti. There are different bonuses and discounts everywhere, but their customer support is top notch. The guys are just great, you feel like a VIP client of the bank, they are all very pleasant to talk to, help you figure out the problem and EVEN meet you halfway, for example, if the cashback was not credited due to your inattention or something like that. I have orders hanging in "waiting" that are more than 6 months old. Cashback for 2500 UAH. When I asked to sort this out, support responded that everything is fine and I just need to wait. It is not possible to speed up the process or consider each order individually, since they are made by unregistered users using a referral link. We do not have access to these orders, and we cannot receive screenshots with confirmation either. All that remains is to wait for automatic credits.

A very good app. They give you back a percentage of your total purchase. It usually takes time for your cash back to be credited, and also for withdrawals to be credited. Mine took about a month for the credit to be credited, and a month for the money to arrive in my account, but it still arrives. Cashback is displayed automatically if the store transfers the reward. We did not receive a commission for your order. The situation with the loss of the bonus is also unpleasant for us, but AliExpress does not consider applications and does not indicate a specific reason.
We credited the maximum possible amount from our own funds. Unfortunately, we cannot compensate more, since we ourselves did not receive anything.
