The service is cool, I've been using it for a long time. I really like the customer care service, it's fast and most importantly they always take the client's position. Some people don't like the informal style of communication - but I really like it, it's more open to have a conversation and as a result you reveal the problem more widely, which in turn helps to solve the problem faster. So far everything is OK. Cashback is calculated correctly and for all orders. Only once did I have to submit a request to find an order from Lidl. The store confirmed the order and the cashback was calculated. Overall, I am happy, the cash is accumulating slowly but systematically and the result is there.

Excellent service, good website and app. BUT... Developers, change your manner of communication. Your "processed YOUR application", "YOUR opinion", "YOU will find it here" are extremely disrespectful. Address strangers as "YOU".
