LetyShops promised cashback for purchases in MVideo in the amount of 3,500 rubles. The browser extension with the MVideo website does not work and asked to go to LetyShops, select a store there and make a purchase. Cashback was not received. After contacting support, I received a response that the cashback was transferred to another resource and a list of reasons why this could happen. None of the proposed reasons suit me. They paid compensation - 1,000 rubles. The result - I fell for a scam from LetyShops, because I did not receive the promised cashback.

Estoy encantada con Letyshop, pero he de decir que sus socios son lo peor. Constantemente tengo que reclamar cashback que debía recibir y no recibo, cashback que ni siquiera se registra, y cuando le preguntas a la tienda se lavan las manos diciendo que letishop es algo externo a ellos. Por su parte la persona o personas que están detrás de la pagina de letishop siempre son amables e intentan solucionar los problemas. Compro constantemente online, y he de decir que los únicos que cumplen con su cashback religiosamente son aliexpres y booking, los demás, (farmacias, tiendas de libros, tiendas de flores) solo es cuestión de suerte que no te los concedan o te los denieguen.

Nosotros también estamos interesados en acreditación del cashback. Solo en este caso recibimos una comisión de los socios. Hay diferentes factores que pueden influir en la acreditación de cashback (sobresuscripción de los datos, violación de las reglas de la tienda, pago prolongado).

The store may not receive information about LetyShops as a source of the transition if the purchase algorithm or store conditions were violated. For example, the product was previously added to the cart without transitioning from the service or a promo code was used. We see that the issue with crediting the cashback was resolved in the appeal.
According to the terms of the promotion, tickets are attached only to those orders that automatically appeared in the system. There are still many interesting draws ahead. There will be another chance to try your luck:)
