Cashback is credited only for the actual payment amount, without considering any Temu coins/credits/bonus points used, any payment made from the store's internal wallet or with a gift card, or any other similar virtual payment method.
The cashback credited to your balance may be lower than the amount shown as "Pending". This can happen due to exchange rate differences, VAT, other applicable taxes and fees, and delivery or shipping costs applied by the store.
I placed an order on 05/17, as of today the cashback is still pending and they still have until 08/25, more than 3 months for Temu to approve the cashback, it is a hundred times preferable to have a lower cashback percentage on AliExpress and have it approved as soon as you confirm receipt of the product than to wait 3 months and on top of that have to use a different wifi, a new account, and a cell phone that you have not used before to have a little more cashback.
