Purchases at CashConverters ES with cashback in Portugal

So far they have all worked and I have been buying since 2022.

I'm not giving 0 stars because I can't. Not to mention giving 0 stars to Letyshops as well. They've said I've broken the cashback purchase rules and are refusing to give it to me without giving any further reasons. I don't know what rule I've broken if I haven't used a coupon or discount code as they say and have activated the cashback beforehand. Very bad, I don't recommend it at all.

I had technical problems when making the purchase and the cashback was not credited but letyshops gave me a bonus in compensation for the incident.

A shame of a store, I made the purchase following all the steps and respecting the cashback conditions and the store rejected it, alleging that I did not pay for the order, obviously I filed a claim showing that the payment was made and the purchase was made correctly and still So they keep saying no. A tease. It is not the first time that I have had problems with these people, a few years ago I bought a product, 15 days later the national police called me to inform me that the products I had purchased were stolen and I should go to the police station to return them, never again I did not see the products nor the money.

I really don't understand how cash converter has such a bad comment. I have never had a problem with them, yes with emails for taking too long shipments. On some occasion I have been denied a cashback but it is true that it has been because I already had a promotion or discount on the cash converter website. For the rest I have always received the cashback and I have received more than 400 euros from Letyshops plus another 200 euros that are pending, since it takes approximately 2 months from the purchase to have the cashback effective. I understand that they may have problems, but comment that it is not my case. Greetings.

Well, finally, the order I complained about 2 days ago was denied just after the bad comment. How strange, and what an unprofessional store CashConverters is. So, another €14 and a bit in cashback this thieving store has saved. So, the supposed solution that LetyShop mentioned in the comment from 2 days ago is that they do nothing. I only use Chrome with the LetyShop extension to make purchases correctly. My usual browser is Opera, so the problem is not the extension. I haven't returned a single order, and out of 3 purchases that were entitled to a €32 cashback, I only received €7 from LetyShop's pocket for the first 2. And foolish me, I bought something from this store again, something I needed two days ago when I posted the review, and 48 hours later it still hadn't appeared (I've already made a manual request with screenshots from the moment of purchase with the extension active), but I don't think they'll give it to me either. This last purchase is entitled to another €12 cashback, which I'll also lose. I won't buy from that store again, nor from Letyshop in other stores ever again, seeing the results. It's not normal for me to spend more than €1,600 in a store and they haven't given me a single measly cashback, and they've only given me €3 back from Letyshop's pocket for the first two purchases. Well, third order to the store using Letyshop and after 2 months the Cash Converters people still haven't answered and that's an expensive order and would be entitled to a cashback of more than €14. This store's behavior seems laughable. I love Letyshop but this store should be off the platform if they never honor the cashback.

Waiting for cash, they are clever and then they send things as if they work and they don't, it's better that they don't have this store on their website.

I've already made 2 purchases here through LetyShop and the CashConverter store never validates the purchase (terrible service and they should leave this platform if they never comply with the CashBack) and that's even though I create a new session in the browser, I log in using the extension and make the purchase, but it seems that Cash Converters never validates the purchase having used LetyShop. The Letyshop team behaves well because in the end they put some cashback money but I never get the cashback that I should or is advertised, in the first purchase with a cashback for a product of more than € 200 that should return more than € 5 to me (2.5% cashback) LetyShop gave me € 3 out of pocket, then in the purchase of a mobile phone of € 450 (the cashback was 2.75%) they should return about € 12 in the end LetyShop gave me € 4 out of pocket again, I don't know why this store is affiliated with LetyShop if they never validate the purchase made through the LetyShop extension, they should leave the platform once and for all because in the end the store never gives the money to the customers to save it, in the end it is LetyShop's turn to pay out of pocket (very good maneuver to keep customers happy and a very good platform for that), but they never give the amount that should have been Cashback and since it is due to a claim it takes a long time LetyShop takes 3 months to release the money while they wait for CashConverters to reply, and obviously they never do.
